Ina Gardner is the writer of numerous famous American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show began in 2002. Ina was employed for the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policies as well as the budget. In the beginning, she was enthralled by the intellectual challenge that came with her work, but she eventually, she began to lose enthusiasm. Instead, she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. Prior to selling the company it took her an entire 18 years transforming it into the most successful shop. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columns that came later. She also appeared on the Food Network TV show also debuted which was an enormous hit. She sells many items, from the ingredients needed for cooking, to kitchenware and storage. Ina is not a student at any cookery school or worked in a restaurant and has a complete self-taught. Her name is ascribed to her easy approach to cooking and effortless entertaining. The most well-known recipes she has created are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
