Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set higher goals each year. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. It's not surprising that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to an actual training. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
